Paul is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building with more than 15 years leading complex London residential and mixed-use delivery, across a portfolio exceeding £500m. A senior leader at a major London developer, he has a proven record of setting board-level delivery strategy, leading project and programme management, and building risk and mitigation strategies that protect programme, cost and quality. He brings that expertise, and a track record of innovation in heat networks, electrification and infrastructure design, to every 2GSD appointment.
