Driving full stakeholder collaboration, strategic master programme and methodology, design development and scopes, risk management, main-contractor procurement, planning and gateways, statutory authority & third-party engagement, to position the project for a successful transition into delivery.
MOBILISE
Supporting execution / administration of contracts, manage onboarding processes, coordinating the mobilisation of works, project execution plans and programme, applications and statutory approvals, utility isolations and projected connections, monitor off-site fabrication, on site enabling works, etc, to ensure a strong commencement on site.
DELIVERY
Full suite of solutions to help monitor, manage and execute the construction works. From programme, logistics and risk management, Utilities and MEP Installations, technical review and change control, contract and cost control, stakeholder engagement, and main contractor overwatch and reporting to ensure full clarity on confidence in delivery.
MITIGATE
In event of unforeseen risks, 2GSD will investigate root causes, and apply a calm, structured collaborative engagement process to deliver robust programmed & costed options for approval & execution. The goal to minimise the disruption & safeguard programme, cost and quality. On implementation 2GSD will support the execution of the strategy driving the targeted results.
